Rates
- Double rooms with air conditioning begin at $52 USD. Suites
begin at $55 USD. We offer 2 economy rooms with fans starting
at $42 USD. Please inquire about specific rates.
- We offer two furnished houses nestled in the back of the
property for daily, weekly and
monthly rental. Our houses begin at $90 USD per night. Please inquire for specific pricing and availability.
- All our rates are per night based on single or double
occupancy except for our family suites and houses which are
based on triple and quadruple occupancy.
- The prices for each additional person in a room are as
follows:
- Adult or child over 5 is an additional $10
USD per night.
- Children under 5 are free.
- A complementary breakfast is included in all rates. Breakfast
is served between 8:00am and 9:30am daily. There are no
discounts offered should you choose to not have breakfast.
Reservations:
- Check in time is 3pm. Early check in is available if your
room is ready.
- Check out time is 11:30am.
- If you arrive earlier or later we are happy to hold your
luggage for you at no additional cost.
- In order to hold your reservation we ask for a deposit of
50% through Pay Pal. Please allow us to send you a Pay Pal
form once we have confirmed availability.
If you are not familiar with Pay Pal, they will send you
instructions on how to proceed.
- Deposits can be paid with credit cards through Pay Pal.
The outstanding balance should be paid on arrival in either
cash of pesos (at the prevailing rate) or US Dollars.
- Any payments made are non-refundable after arrival at the
hotel.
Cancellations:
- With a 15-day or more advance notice, we will gladly refund any payment minus one night
cancellation fee plus any accrued Pay Pal fees (3% to 6%)
- With a less than 15-day notice we can not offer a refund
- There are no refunds for holiday and high season* reservations
- No refunds for early departure
- Refunds will be made via Pay Pal only
*Holiday season is defined as December 15—January 15 and High Season is defined as Semana Santa (2 weeks prior to Easter) and summertime specifically July and August.
